Right now, if you click on Members, you have the usual pagination. Perhaps one with Alphabets would help:

A | B | C | D | E | F | G | H | I | J | K | L | etc, etc and then pagination within each letter.

Literally already in the code for either 2.0.4 or 2.1, not sure which.

2.0.4 or 2.1? Important cause I'll be hacking it in this week.

It's in there for 2.0.4, however I'm not guaranteeing that it will actually make it out in that version (however there's very little chance of it getting scrapped).
