vBulletin 3.7.4 Installer

I just bought a copy of VB for my friends forum. I am trying to do a new install, i put in his customer number, and when I click Enter Install System, it just goes right back to that screen. How can I output debug information? I am not getting any errors.

The only reasons the customer number won't work are:

1. You are not using the correct number (don't use the license number.)

2. You are not using the correct files for the license under that account.

3. You are blocking cookies.
