Question about a VBull application I saw.

Hey guys I ran across a cool feature on another Vbull forum here:

When you click on a users name in the forum it opens up a dropdown menu that allows you to view, add, subscribe, send to a friend etc.

Does anyone know where the upgrade code is for that feature?
