SPAM threads and post every day! Human or BOT?

I have a problem, I get at least 10 posts/users with spam a day, and I have email activation and also image verification. There's a way to stop this? I'm under attack for some reason? This happens only since a month.

Firstly, you should upgrade to the latest version (3.7.4).

I suggest using reCaptcha as the image verification, and then installing this mod (http://www.vbulletin.org/forum/showthread.php?t=183329) to create an additional layer of security.

Huh?
If they are human, they enter the text they see. If they are a bot, they can't read it and therefore cannot register.

The mod you gave says: THIS MODIFICATION SHOULD NOT BE USED WITH VBULLETIN 3.7 AS IT IS A DEFAULT FEATURE.

But I have 3.7 and in the image settings I got only:

None
GD
ImageMagick 6

where I can find reCAPTCHA?

That feature is indeed available in 3.7. However, in 3.7 you can only use ONE spam-prevention method at a time.
So you can use either reCaptcha OR the Q&A.

With my method of using the built in reCaptcha, and installing that mod, you are then able to use BOTH methods of spam-prevention at the same time.

I got only:
Verify at Registration
Verify Guest Posts
Verify Guest Searches
Verify Guest Contact Us

all set to yes. Where is reCaptcha?
My forum is multilanguage so I can't use Q&A also. But I can't find reCaptcha.

You're going to the wrong "Human Verification Options".
Go to the one that appears in vBulletin Options on the menu on the left-hand side.
