Upgrading Problem

I have Upgrade My vb from 3.6.8 to 3.7.3

em getting some error

on index page em getting this

Re upload all the files then run www.your-forum-domain/install/upgrade (http://www.your-forum-domain/install/upgrade).

3.67 did not have the tagsbit in which came in at 3.7 so it appears that you either have a patch not compatable or all the files are not reloaded during the upgrade.
