my site is hacked!!

My site is hacked.... what can i do? i can't log in to my cpanel and ftp account... is it possible that i will be going back to scratch?

The first thing to do is contact your host.

As for going back to scratch, that depends on if you have backups and on what the hackers do, or don't do.
