how to upgrade the current version??

i just renew my license and it was successfull, but i want to get the lastest upgrade but i did'nt get it in the selections, or there is any other methos to get it??

how can i know that my license is already done, also the last version which is shows is ( Download Latest Version 3.6.8 Patch Level 2 ) but i should appear the 3.7.3 to be upgraded.



question: after renewing licesne does it take time to be approved.
