1) Is agreeing to the terms of service on a website upon membership a legal binding agreement?

2) Is there anyway possible to delete a users registration IP address?

(( we don't want to do the latter, we want to know if it's even possible. I don't think it is, and if it is I'd imagine it would take removing information from the database which I have no idea of how to do anyway. ))

It would be nice to have an option for completely disable storing any private information unless the member decided to share it.
There's countries like Germany where it is forbidden for private entities to store private information without consent from the user.

We only store information AFTER a user registers, one would fathom that a user is consenting to have you store their inforamtion if they register.
