Anyone know of a program to send bulk newsletters? The default newsletter system is limited and the addons are rubbish. I need something that can send 20k emails.

I have a member base that would like to receive their newsletter in a variety of ways (ie., snail mail, uploaded to my site as a file, and email). When it is sent, is it sent as an attachment? Is it possible with this program to have a file uploaded/archived on the site as well as printing it for snail mail distribution? I am considering using it and would like to know.
