Yes but 3.8.0 is still in the early beta stages so I wouldn't recommend using it in a live environment. :)

Yes this is true which is sort of strange because I've never seen a company use beta software in a live environment. But I'm sure they have their reasons

vBulletin has always ran the beta versions live on the site.

There's no real major problems that you can't live without in the beta, so I see no real problem with using it in a live environment. But back to the question, yes it has quick reply, and automatically quotes the last message in the text area.

Part of the reason why no one should use a beta version is because they wouldnt be able to fix arising problems. But you may understand that vBulletin developers know how to fix problems, right?
