altough i installed 380 language file menus are like following

*[threads_and_posts]*
*[post_thanks]*
*[thread_prefixes]*

why ?

First reuploading the 3.8.0 'install/*.xml' files. Make sure you upload these in ASCII format, overwrite the ones on the server, and that version 3.8.0 shows in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then run '../install/finalupgrade.php'.
