Are public picture albums viewable to ignored users?

Are public picture albums viewable to ignored users? I have a picture album. Can users I ignore see them? If yes, how can I do not show these pictures to ignored users?

If a user ignores a user, there seems to be a reason for that. So it would be important to not show private information to them.

Users that you have ignored can view your public albums. They haven't ignored you. If an album is public then it is by definition not private. You can restrict albums in various ways using the Profile Privacy options and the different types of albums.
