Hello,
I have a little problem downloading my custom languages. When I download a language (in example turkish), then all special characters are broken and the xml file is in ANSI format.
Even when I convert and save now the file to UTF-8 Format or turkish format, the special characters are still broken.
I tried already everything to fix the file without success. So, what can I do to prevent this when downloading a language?
