Viewing forum rules outside the registration process.

Darren's recent blog post (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/blog.php?b=2334) indicates that vB 3.8 allows users to view forum rules outside the registration process.
Forum rules can be viewed outside of the registration process, which is useful for logged in users when multiple registrations are disabled. Can someone point out where/how this can be done?

There is now a Forum Rules (http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/misc.php?do=showrules) link in the Posting Rules bit ("You may post new threads" etc)
