Hi, I have installed the new beta version of blog... but I want know where is the button for create a new blog... If I go to blog page I don't see the link or button for create a new blog. Thanks and excuse me for my bad english...

I have all setting on yes... but also on vbulletin.com forums I don't see the button for create a my blog... :S
