Missing page in manual

The page http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/add_plugin is missing from 3.6.x and 3.7.x manual versions (present only in 3.5.x).

I see a version for 3.5 that disappears in 3.6
Then a second one for 3.6, that does not disappear.
So it should show for all versions from 3.5 on, and 3.5 being a bit different.
