Transferring To Different Domain

I'd like to move my current VB install to a different domain on the same server and I guess upgrade from 3.6.8 to 3.7. What do I do?

I have a dead project with another partner and I'm selling the domain but not any software, articles or content. The board has been closed for over a year.

I don't really want to pay an additional $160.

Depending on how this is set up on your server in terms of domain and hosting management, you will need to do one of:

1. Domain name update on the hosting account only;
2. Create a new domain in your hosting account and transfer the files only to the correct location for the new domain; or
3. Perform a full move as though it is a server move (See: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/moving_servers )

You will also need to update the URL for your license in the members area, and update the forum URL in your AdminCP.
