Upgrade from vBB null to latest version

Hi all,
I'm a newbie to vBB...I created a null vBB forum for fun, but now it has many visitor and member, so I decided to buy a license for it!But after buying license, I cant upgrade it to the latest version (3.7.3 PL1).There is also a problem with the null vBB : I install 3.6.8 null but now, at the bottom, it told that the version is 3.0.1!All features of 3.6.8 are still good, but when upgradeing, it upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2 :|
Anybody help me pls!!!
