vBulletin "overloading" my hosts server???

So my account got suspended and here is the reason my host gave..

A lot of hosts get like this. Mine has not suspended my account, I'm on a semi-dedicated server, but three or four times a day it really slows down and they insist it's vBulletin. They gave me a list of locked queries, all of which seem to be standard vB ones:
