Lost my customer information

Recently, my gmail account was disabled. I contacted google, but no luck. In it, was my customer information and password. Without, I cannot login into my members area and download vbulletin or ask for support. I really don't know what I can do.

I can still login into my paypal account, and see the transaction id, and everything else. Would Vbulletin be able to help me out if I provide them with that information?
