I think you can add a direct link to view all 3.8.x bugs in the vBulletin's description in Project Tools ;)

Once private beta testing is starting (or the weekend is over) and there's time to update the other things like those, we will include these type of changes.

Eventually I am sure we will also see the 3.8 forums appear, etc.
