My old forum looked like this -

I designed the style myself nearly 2 years ago and can't for the life of me find the style or remember how i did it.
I've managed to get a few things the same (see attachment) but need help on -
Header Logo
Single box below the logo
Moving of the "Mark Forums Read and View Forum Leaders"
Moving of the Forum is Closed for Posting, No New Posts etc...
Think that's about it.
Can anyone shed some light :D
