Look at the source. After stealing the design, they had to use front page to edit it. I sure wouldn't want someone like that hosting my site.

well, seeing as his only 2 posts here are for that hosting company, I would guess that it's his reselling services for someone else...

They're probably a private label reseller. Here's another site (reseller?) that has elements from Hostway: http://www.uni4web.com/
