I host with XO.COM on there shared NT hosting account. They told me that PHP was only available on UNIX and if I wanted MySQL services I would have to start a whole new account with them to get it .

Unfortinutly I wish to stay where I am using NT and not having to spend any more money and have a BB system on our site.

Any information or advice what I can do?

I was going to try to set it up but it says that I need the MySQL info that would be given to me by my hosting service but they dont offer it for me under NT

For what I read here, you can only use Vbulletin in Linux systems.
Anyway, I'm not sure about it.

vBulletin will also work on Windows machines. I run it at home on Win2000 with Apache, PHP and mySQL for testing.
Anyway, PHP can be installed on NT servers. Just read it at http://www.php.net . Just follow the instructions. It's even an installer available for Windows supporting IIS. And so you can use mySQL, too. I guess you're host is just too lazy. If I were you, I'd change the host if he isn't even willing to install it. Ok, not be willing can go through, but not saying it by telling it's not possible is just lying...
