how to close the gap between the forums

i have a small space between the forums and between the navbar and the forum
this makes the forum look bad how can i change that and where can i find the settings for this ?

if you look at the picture you will see why it looks bad
there is a red line that i want to get in one line

That is a problem with your custom style and/or add-on. You should ask the appropriate author for help with this.
