I have sent several e-mails asking questions over the last week about vBulletin to help guide me in my decision to purchase. I have not received a response as of yet. I purchased your product this morning and have yet to see the "instant web delivery".
I sent two e-mails today and have not received a response.
PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL AND CANCEL MY ORDER AND CREDIT MY CREDIT CARD.
Thanks for the excellent support.
I have also purchased another bulletin board product and installed it while waiting on your support response.

What email address have you been sending these emails to? I have checked through the support system, and I have not found any unanswered messages on this subject...

I have responded twice today -- once through the support system (which I assume you didn't receive) and once just recently by emailing you directly.

I used your online support form.
I sent several e-mails to support@vbulletin.com &
sales@vbulleting.com & support@jelsoft.com
I suggest if you replace your e-mail and support system.
Also I am still waiting for my refund credit to my credit card.

Well he's partially right... before I purchased vB, I emailed support for some last minute questions. A week went by with no response, so I just came to these forums and received a response within minutes.
Moral: Use the support forums since they're not real good with email ;)

Average response time on support ticket items is less than 5 hours using the support system here. This was much higher a few months ago when there was only one person doing official support. Now we have six people doing support.

I never tried e-mailing them since I saw that their developers and moderators answer questions on a timely basis on these forums. :)
I'm curious to what board software he bought in place of VB,
since there is nothing better. Patience is a virtue. :D

I don't even think its about patience in this particular situation. It appears the problem was that this person was using an email that didn't work. That is why he/she never got a response, VB never got any emails! And when they did try to email him/her it was error'd out because of the email not existing.
So the moral is, this person deserves whatever imitation forum software that he/she received.
