how change forum bar

i want to change the forum tittle and forum bar position.

then i need to know how i can add space between sections.

yeah but that row has many columns... What if you wanted to have rounded edge on both corners.. how can you put in a different image for each columns?

Or maybe something more simple, how do you put the "vBulletin announcement and discussions" bar over the "forum" bar..?
