Creating a fixed width skin, but some problems

Lately I have been creating a vbulletin skin designed for viewing on the PSP (playstation portable). After testing, I have found the ideal maintable width for stylevars to be 462 pixels. Now it is mostly going great, here is the main page: http://customizepsp.co.uk/index.php?pageid=ctf BUT some page are still a little wide, example: http://customizepsp.co.uk/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=7&styleid=37 how can I make it so that NOTHING exceeds the 462 width? Is it even possible? Thanks
