How to get rid of text "Sub-Forums:"

I am wanting to get rid of "Sub-Forums:" from my forum. I feel that it is unnecessary and I'm pretty sure people will know they are sub forums. How do I remove this text from every forum that has sub-forums in them?

Do a template search for "$vbphrase[subforums]".

In each template that contains that code, remove it and the surrounding area. I.e.
$vbphrase[subforums]<span class="normal"> :
