Offline manuals

As I'm on holidays (sine 1 week and for 1 week more), and for continuing to translate manual, I need to have the offline manuals but... When I open any of .chm file, I have only the left menu, the main content didn't work (like a 404 error page).

The 3.7 manual works fine for me. What operating system are you viewing the manual on?

With Vista.

This is due to "enhanced" Vista security.

Right click on the vbulletin-manual.chm file and select Properties.

Click the Unblock button next to Advanced.
