In order to remove a real problem for the less able amongst us, me for instance, would it be possible to have a paid for method whereby one of your engineers would update forums for a fee.
Perhaps that fee could be a little less than the current full installation one.
This would be a way to remove a big problem for those like me and would also generate more income for vBulletin.
Thanks for listening,
Brian P.

We've offered an upgrade service since we started selling vBulletin. You can purchase this in your member's area by clicking on the "Upgrade / Renew" link in your member's area. It costs the same as the original installation which if fair since upgrades are often more time consuming and most costly than an installation.

Thanks Wayne...
OK... I think I found the Members Area, although I'm not too sure about that, but the Upgrade/Renew link is a mystery.
A search on that produces little of help as does a search on Members Area.
I would like to update and don't mind spending the money but need some guidance as to how I do that please.
Sorry but I'm ancient and not very technical.
