plesk?

Is anyone using plesk as opposed to WHM? I want to move servers and had a good offer from a place that uses Plesk. What do people think of this software (v2 that is)?

everyone knows control panels are evil, pure evil. Having said that Plesk is the worst of the worst.

lol Dave, about time there was a really good one out. Most appear to either be buggy or missing in features.

Is plesk better than WHM do you think for, virtual accounts for users? do you use it on your server?

It's my understanding that WHM is considerably better than PLESK.

The only two I would reccomend (if I really had to) are cpanel and Sphera.

I don't really use the control panel on my server (DI) unless I'm setting up email accounts- but I only have one site on it :)

Cpanel is as buggy as hell.
Plesk version 1 sucked, Plesk version 2 is cool.
Sphera is cool but expensive

I would say go for Plesk Version 2.0. Take it from someone who is running Cpanel on 2 servers and plesk 2 on another, plesk 2.0 is less buggy and more stable at the moment.

You may want to wait for NocSoft although there is no official release date.
