stuck at customer number

hi i am trying to convert smf to vbulletin and i believe i have installed the files to the correct path : /httpdocs/forum/impex/ , import option shows fine on left side of admin cp but when i click import it asks me for my customer number which i add. it says succesful redirecting but goes no further just keeps returning to add customer number. have i done something wrong or can someone explain to me what i have missed please

That means you are either not using the correct customer number for the files you downloaded (use the customer umber, not the license number) or you are blocking cookies.
