Recommended Red Hat Version?

We have just completed upgrading our PHP and MySql to version 5's and I am wondering whether or not the Red Hat OS makes any difference? We currently run Red Hat Enterprise v4. should i also be upgrading to Red Hat Enterprise 5?

Don't think the difference is all that great between the two, especially if you web host keeps your linux kernel and software updated on the server.
