I know they release new version on monthly basis but however this time finally the new kernel version got a debugger. So im wondering if this is worth upgrading for?

Currently have Kernel Version 2.6.18-92.1.1.el5 (SMP)

sometimes it's best to leave it alone - if it ain't broke etc etc :)

Probably best to ask around on webhostingtalk.com and your web host and OS's mailing list to see if there's issues or benefits.

Well did ask on wht but no reply at all

Why can it be good to just leave it alone if nothing is wrong with the kernel?
Well its just that their new version with the debugger really attracts me into upgrading the current kernel. Mine is quite outdated imo.

Unless you really require the use of the debugger, which I doubt, don't bother.
