Would someone mysql saavy take a look?

George kindly gave us optimization changes and settings to place. But since those changes were made we have been unable to search IP addresses. The admincp tries to do the search but it times out.

Does anyone see anything in there that might have affected IP searching causing the page to time out?

This is very low, particularly for IP searches:

wait_timeout = 20

I would raise this to 180, then keep increasing it in increments of 60 until you no longer have this problem.
