XMB to vBulletin

I have been very interested in the vBulletin and would like to purchase a license. I have a forum with a friend running xmb, so I was looking around and found out you can import the posts and such to vBulletin but all the threads I found regarding this dated back to 2002-2003.

So my question is, is it still possible?
