E-mail error - won't send

The mailing function returned an error while trying to send the mail.
The following errors were outputted by PHP when attempting to send mail:


Warning: 550 Unexpected response when connecting to SMTP server in [path]/includes/class_mail.php on line 586

I noticed yesterday that I stopped receiving e-mail from my forum totalopel.com/forum

Having just done a diagnostic check I got the above message. :confused:

I did not change any mail server settings.

Any ideas as to what has gone wrong?

That is a problem with the SMTP server you are using or your server's connection to that serve. Either way you will need to contact your host and ask them to troubleshoot this.
