anyone know how to remove this real quick?

looks like this on index:

High Quality Mixtape/Album Covers

Only HIGH QUALITY covers..

should look like:

High Quality Mixtape/Album Covers
Only HIGH QUALITY covers..

The style you're using have the space added. You'd need to contact your style designer for assistance on that front.

thanks for the quick reply back Andy.
but actually I just hid the sub-forums and now it shows like this
before was sitting flush, so un hide the subforums and try again?

it also shows like that on VB Default skin on my site right now..

I can only see NYC and night skin on your site. Both of them have this added to the description part which is causing the bump down:
<div class="smallfont" style="margin: 10px 10px 0px;">... I suspect it may be a browser rendering issue, where it doesn't identify the third number, and it just uses the first 10px for vertical and second 10px for horizontal.

I'm no HTML / CSS expert, but you should be able to fix it with help from this page: http://w3schools.com/css/css_margin.asp
