The Remote YUI , is recommended the use or Not?

Depends on different factors.
If your bandwidth is expensive, or rare (IE: if your host charges you on a per gb basis, or if you're on a dsl line that is only 4mbits up), then it should be enabled, to help you reduce the bandwidth usage.

On the other hand, if you're on shared hosting with companies that oversells bandwidth like insane, then there's no real need to use it. It will require each client to resolve yahoo domain if they've not already done so (IE: I never use yahoo to search, so if I hit up a site that has this enabled, my router will have to go through the entire process of finding yahoo), which may in turn make your page render slower.

At the end of the day, it is for you to decide whether or not you want to use it...
