Visitor messages permissions problem

I have a problem with visitor messages permissions.
I want to give users the permissions only post or delete visitor messages but to be able to edit any.
No matter i set in the usergroup permissions they are able to edit not only their messages but ones posted by other users.

What i am doing wrong?

I am not sure that is possible for non-Admins or Mods but try setting 'Can Manage Messages within Own Profile' to 'Yes' to see of that works.

I solved it.
The user was set as moderator but was in registered users group.
This gave him permissions to edit any visitor messages even when i removed all permissins releated to visitor messages in registered users group.
