Can't Login

I just changed the domain name for my site and now we are having trouble logging into the site. I tried uploading tools and resetting the domain and path cookies, but dident help. Basically when I login, it says that i am logged in than sends me back the previous page where i am not actually logged in

Well I guess I fixed it. For any having this problem after using the tools.php, be sure to update the forum address in the vbulletin options.
