How to enable Thread prefix ??

Admin CP -> Thread Prefixes -> Thread Prefix Manager -> Add Prefix

Admin CP -> Forums & Moderators -> Forum Manager -> Edit Forum -> Require Threads to have a Prefix -> Yes

Have you created a prefix set then assigned that prefix set to a specific forum in that forums options ?
