How do I change what it says in the top of my browser?

It says "Reply to Topic" in here?

It is mostly for myindex page I need it, but would be nice to know where I can change every page?

Is it possible to change a word in the database so that if i for example type sitemape a description appears if you hover over the word? A link could do as well, but wouldn't be as cool :cool:
