When a person visits a thread and takes a lot of time for the amount of people that has visited that thread to change, anyone knows how to fix it?

It is a scheduled task called "Update Thread Views"

AdminCP -> Scheduled Tasks -> Scheduled Task Manager
From there, you can click "Edit" for the appropriate task and choose how often you want it to run.
By default It is set to run every 60 minutes. If you change all values to * and all minute values to "-" it will run every minute, which isn't recommended because it would be server intensive.

Alternate method:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Server Settings and Optimization Options -> Update Thread Views Immediately -> Yes

In my opinion, this is a better method.
