Can I upgrade?

I would like to upgrade to the latest version but Im afraid of losing all the post, threads and other data. Is this possible? If so, can someone please guide me thru?

Upgrading does not wipe out existing data otherwise there would be almost no point in ding it. Just follow the upgrade documentation here:
