(FIXED) Signature Picture

My members can't get the pictures to show up in the signature area. If I view their profile through the admin CP, it shows a picture for the Sig Pic, but it won't show up in the messages they post. I set the Sig Pic height, width and KB to be larger then what they wanted to use, but it still won't show up. Is there something else I or they need to enable?

I fixed it when I fixed my smilie issue. When I enabled the enhanced editor WYSIWYG, my users could use the picture icon above the text box and it started working.
