Cannot get back into my forum

Ok this will probably win for dumb question of the day, so I congratulate myself now:

I have turned off my forums and inadvertently closed my browser, and now cannot get back in to turn them on, what are my options?

log into your admincp.

try uploading tools.php to your admincp directory and turning it back on that way.
