How to show available smillies?

I know my smillies work, because if I type the : and ) it shows up once posted, but how can I get the actual smillies to show up, so you can click to insert?

Make sure all the WYSIWYG editors are enabled here:

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Message Posting Interface Options -> Enable Clickable Message Formatting Controls

Then make sure you have selected the enhanced editor in your User CP:

User CP -> Edit Options -> Message Editor Interface -> Enhanced Interface

This should work assuming you have not altered the templates.

It was turned on in the Admin CP, but not the User CP. I got it taken care of, thanks!!!!
