Diagnosing notification email issues

Does VB (3.7.0) have any reporting utilities that can help me diagnose notification email issues?

A few members have reported that they are not receiving these emails, everything seems to be configured correctly and these are apparently working for other members. Members have also checked spam filters etc.

you can send a test mail.

What would be nice is some logs of emails sent, when and to who

I think I may have found what I am looking for:

AdminCP -> vBulletin Options -> Error Handling & Logging

In there you can choose to log all emails to a file, so I have temporarily enabled this to see what it outputs

If any email is going out, vBulletin is handing the emails off tto the server without issue. The error is either in your server, their server, or something inbetween.
